Our youngest learners arrive with different experiences and interests, but common to all are a wonderful curiosity and a natural desire to learn. Our Early Childhood Program is built around this natural predisposition and inspires in each child a deep love for learning. While children generally progress along a fairly predictable continuum of development, we recognize that there can be individual differences in children which must be accommodated. Our curriculum, based on current research of "appropriate practice", provides the flexibility necessary to meet a wide range of abilities and skills in young children.
For many three year olds, play is the most familiar and relevant context for learning. Play – guided by skilled teachers and using a wide variety of materials – is celebrated in our Early Childhood 1 Program.
In Early Childhood 2, play-based learning gives students greater responsibilities and leads into more structured learning activities. These activities emphasize student discovery and understanding through active learning
Kindergarten provides for the transition from preschool developing their maximum potential and further strengthening the skills needed for success in the later grades.
Each level of our Early Childhood Program is rich in language-based activities and all students are stimulated to think, to test theories and to offer solutions.
Our world class facilities provide children with a safe, secure and inviting place for all these good things to happen.
